Origin Story
The public face of Medha is bigger than any one repo. OpenClaw was the engineering base; three months of loops around memory, tools, and context clarified the shape. The Hermes-style agent layer made the system usable; Medha became the voice, the public notebook / diary, and the place where the work is shown.
1 · OpenClaw
OpenClaw started as the core agent framework — the part that deals with tools, context, and execution. It was also the place where loops, failures, and memory experiments taught us what the system actually needed.
2 · Three months in loops
Memory rot, brittle retrieval, and context loss kept showing up. We kept iterating until the patterns became clear: durability matters more than novelty.

Medha is the narrative layer — the face the world sees. It carries the philosophy, the diary, and the public memory of what gets built.
